The hotel offers spacious rooms that were big enough for our gear, although there was a lingering smell of smoke despite efforts to freshen up. The service was polite and foreign staff could speak Japanese, making communication easy. The location is relatively good with easy access to Sapporo's sightseeing places, but the lift area could be improved. The hotel provided free takeaway coffee and croissants but could have been better for Western guests.
